rise and unfold before my eyes
dragons and knights quell fears
as they dissipate

worlds of clouds
sweeping away the mundane
in a gust of wind

mysterious landscapes
forging the terrain
of my imagination

backlit by the sun
forgotten hopes and dreams
remembered

beckoning
my true self emerging
from veiled shadows

rise and unfold before my eyes
new paths and adventures
to conquer

dragons and knights quell fears
of the daily grind –
youth awakened

as they dissipate
I wave goodbye to worry
a smile emerges

worlds of clouds
Spark the imagination
dreams unfold

sweeping away the mundane
cobwebs of my life
trailing

in a gust of wind
a new spring added
to my gait
